Shipping

Art & Forge ships to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

We ship via FedEx, UPS and DHL. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are typically dispatched the next business day. Delivery usually follows within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico may take longer.

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number.

Retail orders

Orders over $150 ship free. Orders under $150 are charged a flat $9.

Trade orders

Shipping on trade accounts is calculated automatically at checkout based on order value, package dimensions, weight and destination. The $150 free shipping threshold applies to retail orders only.

International orders

We currently accept international orders on a case-by-case basis. Email hello@artandforge.com with the items and quantities you need and your delivery address, and we will confirm whether we can ship to your destination and provide a shipping quote.

International orders cannot be placed through checkout. All import duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are payable to the carrier or customs authority on delivery. These charges are separate from your order total and are not collected by Art & Forge. We are not able to estimate them in advance, as they vary by country and product classification.

Expedited shipping

Need it sooner? Email hello@artandforge.com with your order number and delivery date, and we will quote expedited rates.

Incorrect addresses

If you need to correct a shipping address, email hello@artandforge.com as soon as possible. We can update the address at no charge before your order ships. Once dispatched, address changes are subject to carrier fees, which will be passed on to you. We are not able to reimburse orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
