No we currently do not ship internationally, but are working on providing that in near future. If you have a large order please email us and we will try and help you.

Warranty & Repair

Art and Forge extends a 10 year mechanism warranty to the original residential purchaser, providing the product has been installed in strict accordance with our installation instructions. The only obligation of Art and Forge will be to repair or replace the defective product or parts upon presentation, together with proof of purchase dated within the warranty period. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, tampering, extreme climatic conditions, improper installation or products used in commercial applications.

Some of our bronze and brass patinas are ‘living finishes’ and may lighten, highlight, oxidize or rub off in places due to frequency of use; therefore, such events do not constitute a defect.

Thus Art and Forge, cannot guarantee our living finishes and therefore, Art and Forge will not have any obligation to repair or replace such finishes under this warranty.

In no event shall Art and Forge be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of our products. We assume no liability for any labor charges regarding the removal or reinstallation of the products; nor will we cover any freight, postage, or handling expense related to the product. The only obligation upon Art and Forge will be to repair or replace the defective product or parts upon presentation, together with proof of purchase dated within the warranty period.

We do not provide extended warranty on our products.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a 85% refund. In line with industry standard 15% restocking fees is applied.

In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund after inspecting the returned items.

In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.

All shipping costs related to returns are handled by the customer.
