Any unwanted items can be returned within 30 days of your purchase, provided they're unused and in their original packaging.

Inline with the industry standard we charge a 15% restocking fee. 

Please email cynthia@artandforge.com with your order number (found on your order confirmation email) to initiate a return or exchange.

Once your returned items have been received, we'll check them over and refund your payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow your financial institution an additional 7-10 business days for the refund to post in your account.

You're able to cancel your order within 6 hours of having placed it for a full refund. After this point your order may have been dispatched, but you can email us at cynthia@artandforge.com and we'll see what we can do.
