Returns

Unwanted items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and returned in their original inside and outside packaging with all mounting hardware and screws included. Returns missing original packaging or hardware cannot be processed.

We charge a 15% restocking fee, calculated on the product subtotal. This is below the 20–40% typical in decorative and fine hardware, and it covers inspection, repackaging and returning items to sellable inventory. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.

Custom and made-to-order items

Custom finishes, custom sizing, and special-order configurations are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will replace it at no cost to you — no restocking fee, no return shipping charge.

How to start a return

Email hello@artandforge.com with your order number, found on your order confirmation. We will issue a return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without authorization cannot be processed.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow your financial institution an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to post.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed for a full refund. After that, your order may already have been dispatched. Email hello@artandforge.com and we will do our best to stop it before it ships.
