Any unwanted items can be returned within 14 days of your purchase, provided they're unused and in their original packaging. Any product returned without original inside and outside packaging and screws will not be processed. 

Inline with the industry standard we charge a 15% restocking fee. 

Please email hello@artandforge.com with your order number (found on your order confirmation email) to initiate a return or exchange.

Once your returned items have been received, we'll check them over and refund your payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow your financial institution an additional 7-10 business days for the refund to post in your account.

You're able to cancel your order within 2 hours of having placed it for a full refund. After this point your order may have been dispatched, but you can email us at marketing@artandforge.com and we'll see what we can do.
